In Los Altos in year over year in July, seeing decrease of 35% in inventory sold vs year ago, selling close to the asking price, average sale price increase by 0.3%, and over 19% increase in inventory vs a year ago
In Mountain View in year over year in July, seeing 80% increase in sale and same amount of pending in July vs a year ago, average selling price slightly under asking, 2.8% increase in sale price year over year and again low inventory only about 1.1 month

In Los Altos in year over year in June, seeing increase of 16.7% in inventory sold vs year ago, selling slightly under the asking price, average sale price increase over 5%, and over 41% decrease in inventory vs a year ago
In Mountain View in year over year in June, seeing 22% decrease in sale and 20% increase in pending in June vs a year ago, average selling price over asking at 102%, 16.7% increase in sale price year over year and again low inventory only about 1.1 month
